This guide I got from the "The Diet Solution Manuel" This book really taught me a lot and made me realize why I had to change my habits. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to make that commitment and change. It will be hard but in the end you'll feel awesome! One thing that I haven't mentioned yet here is. Exercise plays a big role in this. Which alot of us can say is one of the hardest thing to get motivated to do. I will blog soon about my experiences are and what I try to do to keep up.
